註釋 The safety of staff and educational personnel during live fire training events is a paramount factor when conducting courses at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center Fire Academy Division. Even so, the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) does not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the live fire activities at the new burn building complex. The purpose of this research is to identify the components needed to develop a standard operating procedure for the GPSTC burn building complex for live fire training. The Action Research method of this applied research was utilized to assist in the identification of the components needed for a Standard Operating Procedure for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center Burn Building Complex. The research questions used for the applied research were: a. What are the basic components of a standard operating procedure? b.
