They didn't succeed, but they did forever change the life of the woman I loved and me. Thankfully, the NAACP, FBI, and a Brooklyn, New York lawyer outsmarted an Uncle Tom and the Mule Town racists. My childhood hometown, Columbia, Tennessee, aka Mule Town, hasn't been the same since!
