註釋I'll tell you what By Elizabeth Inchbald Born on 15 October 1753 at Stanningfield, near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, Elizabeth was the eighth of the nine children of John Simpson (died 1761), a farmer, and his wife Mary, née Rushbrook. The family, like several others in the neighbourhood was Roman Catholic. Unlike her brother, who was sent to school, Elizabeth was educated with her sisters at home.[3] Elizabeth suffered from a speech impediment which would make it hard to act in her future. We are delighted to publish this classic book as part of our extensive Classic Library collection.
