註釋"Natural disaster" is a project conceived by Alberto Baraya and Jonathan Hernández. Developed during the autumn-winter of 2014 in the city of Mexico, it included an exhibition at the Casa del Lago, the publication of the present book (related to the exhibition), a series of lectures and a film cycle. The book is the editorial outcome of the research around the crossroads between legality and illegality, the visible and the invisible, the overflow of reality, weather events, public and private zoos the transfiguration of the economy and policy, the sinister and the efficiency of inefficiency. It includes two texts of paradoxical relevance and timeliness: a re-contextualized tale for children and a story written specially for the exhibition that tries to decipher the puzzle of Mexican reality through humor and fiction.
