A Study of the Effectiveness of the One-to-one Teaching Method Versus the Group Teaching Method in the EFNEP Program in California
註釋Abstract: In 1981, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) implemented pilot studies in 10 states to determine the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of three nutrition education approaches. California, EFNEP was chosen to study group teaching. In California, EFNEP participants were randomly assigned to three groups; group teaching, one-to-one teaching, and control. This study reports results from comparisons of the three groups.
