Domestic private law; 3. Roman private law, together with its history and exe gesia; 4. Civil proceedings and extrajudicial civil practice; 5. Criminal law; 6. Cri minal proceedings. - III. Higher legal studies. 1. Comparative jurisprudence; 2. The science of legislation - IV. Auxiliary studies. Forensic eloquence; psycho logy; political economy; stntistics, &c.
