註釋William Faull in Idaho Springs, Colorado writes to his masonic lodge, Court Eagle Nest in Silver Plume, Colorado apologizing for his absence, 27 July 1890: "Dear Sirs & Brothers. I am sorry to inform you i am still laid up with The rhumatism [i.e. rheumatism] i was hopeing Last week i was getting well or i should have rote you before ..." He encloses a supporting letter, describing a period with acute rheumatism, from Wm. R. Collins, M.D., handwritten on printed, illustrated letterhead from Silver Age Mining & Milling Company of Colorado, in Idaho Springs, also 27 July 1890.
