註釋Actors, interaction, and infrastructure are often mentioned in technological innovation system (TIS) studies as the main components of a system of innovation. The detection of availability of those components in various case studies has been part of discussions for many years. But how the system of innovation itself could even exist and function to develop a specific type of technology, especially in less developed countries, is a further question that needs to be extensively addressed. This study explores the interaction between actors grouped in innovation networks as the main engine for building and implementing functions of a system of innovation in developing countries. In general, this study may help to provide inputs for formulating innovation policies and technological support agendas to expand the market of clean technologies in those nations.
