Vendetta's Victim
註釋Cassidy's life is reasonably tranquil until an angry woman appears at her door with a letter. When Cass insists she doesn't know the letter writer, Cliff, the woman leaves the letter and storms off. In the letter, Cliff claims to have been a client himself and urges the woman to seek counseling. When a second such woman shows up, Cassidy learns that Cliff, a man with a vendetta, is on a crusade to seduce and savagely victimize women. Her new client refuses to go to the police, and Cassidy -- the only person who knows the full extent of Cliff's viciousness -- feels compelled to stop him.As Cass investigates, Cliff becomes increasingly obsessed with her, leaving letters in her house and stalking her. Then, in a surprise move, Cliff manipulates both Cassidy and partner Zach into a highly dangerous situation, resulting in an explosive climax.
