In Vitro Propagation of Deciduous Trees
註釋The selection and pretreatment of mother plants as well as the choice of suitable explants are very important and the development depends on the nature of explants used. The details of the studies are reported. High percentage of in vitro or in vivo rooting and successful acclimatization to greenhouse and outdoor conditions have been achieved. General problems which prevented a wide application of methods in forestry up to now are a) lack of suitable material b) difficulties in rejuvenating and propagation of in vitro propagation of adult trees and c) the genotypic variability within one species and succession of suitable explants for in vitro propagation.
