He is also an illegitimate son of Charles Manson, but did not learn about his parentage until he was over 17 years old. Smith had already killed prior to learning about his parent’s identity. Smith is a Dispatcher for the Fresno Police Department and uses this to help conceal his identity to Law Enforcement. Smith usually does not stalk his victims, but rather lets them come to him. Many of his victim's just happen to be around him. Many of his victim's are women and young girls. He kidnaps and rapes many of them and then finds new and interesting ways to dispose of them.
