Includes also (p. 30) copy of letter to Surgeon [Robert Crooke] Wood, U.S.A., Washington, August 30, 1861, recommending the firm's Essence of ginger for use in the field; (at end) copy of list given to police showing articles stolen from 1018 Spruce Street, Sept. 30, 1961; newspaper clippings advertising the store or its products. Printed list of imports, dated April, 1874, laid in.
