Potato is the most used and mostly available vegetable in the world. It is cultivated throughout the world and can be obtained from all over the world. It is the only vegetable, which can be bought be anyone, whether rich or poor. There would be no one who would hate potatoes, or chips, or potato chips. The picnic spots always have some potato made snacks, which look good to eyes, and people of every age, whether they are kids, teens, young people or elders, they love to buy and eat them. French fries or regular chips are very loved by everyone, and they are very good for the health, if proper ingredients and oils are used for the preparation.

            The chips are prepared in different ways in this era, all are healthy and tasty. The potatoes are baked, fried, boiled and cooked under the steam. I saw so many places, where butter is used as a replacement for oil, which is used for frying the French fries. These chips are so delicious and full of nutrition, and you can’t stop yourself from eating them. There are some recipes, in which, chips are baked. This is another way to present a simple and easily available vegetable, to make the table look good, or to enjoy a simple vegetable snack at parties or at anywhere.
