The specific benefits of this program include: upper-body strength, lower-body strength, increase range of motion and flexibility, increase grip, and decrease arthritic flares.This packages includes: warm up exercises, text of exercises, cool down exercises, safety tips, benefits, frequency guidelines, and equipment needed.Dear Senior,I have always loved working with seniors right from the beginning of my professional career as a physical therapist 42 years ago and I have been teaching seniors how to move ever since. I graduated from USC with a Bachelors in Physical Therapy and then went back to USC for my Masters in Physical Therapy. However, my real education started in the clinical setting. I love the courage, spirit, tenacity, and independence of the senior nature, and your commitment to improve once facing a health problem. I think the very difficult times that you have lived through taught you something that no school could teach - how to fight and survive, even sometimes when you do not want to fight.Seniors just want one thing: to stay healthy in order to stay independent. When a health crisis does come, there is no other group of people who work as hard as seniors just to get better.
