Interview with Eugene L. Stewart, Esq
註釋An interview with international trade lawyer Eugene L. Stewart conducted by Alfred E. Eckes in San Francisco, California on September 18, 1996. Discusses his personal life and career as a trade lawyer practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission and it's predecessor organization, the Tariff Commission from the early 1950s to the 1990s. Also includes the following written works by Stewart: a paper entitled "Notes of an historical overview of the United States Tariff Commission," a book chapter from International Economic Policy in an Interdependent World called "Import competition and governmental relief," and a journal article from the Journal of International Law and Politics (v.18, no.4: Summer 1986) called "Existing remedies and the trade deficit: the promise of reform through judicial review."
