They are a true challenge for the photographer who catches the complete opulence of colours, silhouettes, and panoramas that can only be experienced from up above with his camera lens. And that is the perspective you can admire on more than 400 pages of the large format book in which photos are complemented with interesting texts about the experience of flying across the globe. However, the 'Blue Planet' is not merely about waters. It also offers mountains, plains, forests, valleys... The complete journey covers (overflew) the following among others: 7 continents, 3 oceans, Mt. Everest, 100 national parks, 6 crossings of the Equator &The North Pole. It needs to be pointed out that the flights were carried out in an ultralight aircraft with minimal fuel consumption. In addition, the purpose of the flight was also to measure black carbon, one of the main reasons for global warming, for research purposes.
