註釋Nowadays ultrasound is a very powerful diagnostic imaging tool. There is no need for preparation and as a non-invasive technique it can be performed for almost every disease.The purpose of this Atlas is to enable surgeons to get used to the echographic anatomy of the neck and also to how this simple technique can help us in our daily work.All the images published in this Atlas are originally from patients treated in our Department. The machines we have used to obtain the images are the Aloka prosound alpha 5 with the UST-5410H transducer (some images are obtained with the UST-MC11-8731, intra-operative probe that obtain a lower quality in this images) and the BK Profocus UltraView with the 8870 transducer.
