Evans Law and Integration
註釋This book is about the role of law in the European integration process. In particular--as a case study--it explores the role of law in the relations between Sweden and the European Community since the 1960s until December 1990, when the Swedish Parliament voted for the government under certain conditions to apply for membership of the Community with neutrality policy retained. To begin with, the historical background concerning the relationship between Sweden and the Community is examined. In the following chapters the relationship is analysed from three main points of view: liberalisation of economic activity, harmonisation of law and policy and finally the institutional involvement of the role of supranationalism.
