Report providing information on the distribution and status of the endangered, threatened, and rare plant species in the montane and sub-alpine zones of the Mauna Loa special ecological area on the Island of Hawai’i. The survey located populations of six species rare in the Hawaiian Volcanoes National Park (Exocarpos menziesii, Geranium cuneatum Subsp. hypoleucum, Tetramolopium humile, Pittosporum sp., Rumex giganteus, and Santalum paniculatum).
