Management in Health Care
註釋Good management is vitally important in the changing environment of health care. Health Care workers are often expected to deliver high quality care in pressurised circumstances. Today, the individual is also expected to supply much of his or her own direction and motivation and to contribute to the achievment of the corporate aim without direction or detailed instruction. Management of oneself, others and information and the ability to optimise quality can increase performance and results in these situations. This text sets out to address these issues by helping the individual understand and apply managerial knowledge and skills quickly and effectively.
