Knowledge Management in the Public Sector
註釋This publication is one of a series which the British Standards Institution (BSI) has developed to address knowledge management and its links to other areas of management. It aims to be a practice-oriented document that enables readers to gain an effective overview of different KM approaches as practised in different public sector organisations; develop insights into various purposes of public sector KM interventions and their usefulness for resolving organisational challenges; learn how to categorise different public sector approaches to KM; establish which KM approaches are appropriate in which situations; understand the implications in terms of resources, competencies and organisational setups required for successful public sector KM interventions; and learn how KM can contribute to achieving the organisational objectives of public sector organisations.
