Liver Gene Expressions
註釋This text discusses the regulation of the expression of liver-specific genes in the hepatocyte. The first part of the book is a general survey of liver organization and biology. The second part details the strategies used to control the transcription of several liver-specific genes involved in different liver functions (production of sero- and lipoproteins, detoxification and response to inflammation). These studies converged toward the characterization of several families of liver-enriched transcription factors (HNF1, HBF4, C/EBP, DBP) which are described in the third part of the book.
