Procesy o mordy rytualne w Polsce w XVI-XVIII wieku
註釋Analyzes cases of ritual murder trials in the Polish Kingdom between the years 1547-1787, against the background of Jewish-Christian relations in this period, influenced by the Catholic Church, state religious policy, and economic competition. There were 82 cases of accusations. Suppression of such accusations evolved at the end of the 18th century due to the Holy See's attitude as expressed by the Nuncio to the Polish king in the 1760s, and to the elimination of torture as a legal proceeding by the Parliament in 1776. Archival material is appended (pp. 102-162).
