Isaac Cumins (ca. 1600-1677) was born at York, England. He lived at London before immigrating to America. He was living at Salem, Massachusetts, by 1628, at Watertown in 1636 and at Ipswich, Massachusetts, in 1638. Descendants listed lived in Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Illinois, perhaps Virginia, and elsewhere.
