Die begehbare Granit-Skulptur auf der Französischen Allee, unmittelbar an der Wallonisch-Niederländischen Kirche, bezieht sich auf den 1632 von Matthäus Merian in Kupfer gestochenen Stadtplan und lässt mit den reliefartigen Vertiefungen sowie den Sitzgruppen die historische Topografie Hanaus im 17. Jahrhundert wieder aufleben.
