This book articulates the dynamic with which a practitione rbased

research has grown, is growing, and is applied,

integrating the three concepts in the book's title: the interaction

of spectator and performer in performative dance, discussed

through a dance specific (or choreological) perspective which

has developed out of and beyond the seminal research of Laban.
