Preliminary Study of Some Factors which Affect the Stall-flutter Characteristics of Thin Wings
註釋A brief study of the inertia effects of concentrated tip weights indicates that such effects can be important; however, the large number of parameters involved makes it difficult to generalize the results. An approximate analysis is presented for obtaining an estimate of the stall-flutter characteristics of particular wing-weight configurations.
