The present study, through the use of bibliometric techniques, had as its main purpose to contribute to the structuring and analysis of the available scientific literature in the field of research on studies concerning the Models for the Assessment of the Level of Digital Maturity to Industry 4.0 of small and medium-sized companies. A review of the scientific literature was carried out and bibliometric analysis of the literature on this topic was performed. The main research trends were evaluated and the ten most relevant articles were identified, as well as the most cited authors in this research area.
