This reference guide was developed to provide the Minister and senior officials with a comprehensive overview of the programs and services administered by the Dept. The guide originally consisted of objectives, descriptions, eligibility, funding, and who to contact. It was then expanded to include financial statistics, number of individuals benefitting from the programs and services as well as the types of post-secondary institutions presently funded by the Dept.
