His sister is killed along with four other city officials before he can do anything to prevent it. Devastated again, he is tempted to drink. Kelly fights hard to remind him that drinking isn't good for his diabetes or his general health. Finally, he gets his act together and fights not only personal problems but also a gang that seems to have more secrets than he had expected. Most of those secrets can get them killed, if they get too close.
