註釋 Under U.S. Copyright Law, there are certain circumstances in which copyrighted material can be used without permission from the copyright holder: for news reporting, criticism, research, and teaching. The existing guidelines for fair use do not, however, address issues of use arising from new developments in technology and media. This volume of proceedings is from a conference on copyright law, education-related fair use, and the new electronic media.
