註釋The NSCAA Club Standards Project provides a catalyst to elevate the standard of player and coach development in organized youth soccer in North America - one organization at a time. This is achieved in part by raising awareness of key principles of player development and assisting organizations in implementing educationally sound and long-term strategic decisions.The NSCAA Club Standards Project is based on an evaluation model called the Y-SAT(tm) (Youth Soccer Assessment Tool) developed in 2008. Since that time we have completed extensive research and written comprehensive evaluations for over 170 youth soccer organizations. Many of these organizations report significant improvements in performance on and off the field in the months and years following the assessment. Improvements include a consistency in coaching approach, adopting more appropriate programming, engaging parents in the learning process and increasing volunteerism. Applying one approach or standard to evaluate performance does not enable a true appreciation of the unique factors affecting a club's long term success.Florida Fire Juniors is one of the first 50 recipients of the NSCAA Advanced Assessment since inception of the Project in May 2012 . Between October 2015 and March, 2016 the Consultant worked with Members of the club to create a portfolio of evidence to guide the report conclusions and recommendations.
