The Legal Framework for Private Sector Activity in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
註釋In the reform of company, contract and antimonopoly law, the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic could to some extent be a model for other reforming socialist economies. In constitutional and real property law, it lags behind some neighboring countries. And the courts are relatively ill-prepared to handle the skyrocketing demands expected in the newly reformed system.
