Dancing Naked
註釋Dancing Naked is a compilation of Di Brandt's essays on her past as a Mennonite, on her theories of language and community, and on poetics. Lyrical, pointed, open, and embracing of life, Dancing Naked also tells the story of a life lived through the direct confrontation of fear and rigidity, through to a re-visioning of community and hope. Di Brandt's essays have appeared in a variety of books and magazines across the country, and her first book of non-fiction, Wild Mother Dancing, was shortlisted for the McNally Robinson Award for Manitoba book of the year.
