From Margin to Center
註釋"With the arrival of colonization - "a precondition fundamental to understanding the transformations in the 'gender system' and history of patriarchal structure"--"all that is related with the feminine and domestic space, which had its own political character, suffered an abrupt fall in terms of prestige, autonomy, authority, and was minoritized." We find ourselves today in "a moment in which all the patriarchal politics, all the politics of masculine archetype, all the politics that have the masculine DNA embedded in them, of male history, have failed." From Margin to Center is an invitation to "think in feminist code", to "refound feminism", and to "recover our knowledge; these technologies of sociability and of political character"; these common practices by and of women that are still alive among us: in extreme situations, in the limits, in the margins. Recover them, elevate them and bring them into the center."--Page 4 of cover
