General files contain background information about the program, listings of Lutheran Home Mission Council's regional councils, correspondence, minutes, conference reports and presentations, procedures for committees, meeting schedules, and form letters and questionnaires to committee members and pastors regarding the establishment of the program and related issues. Individual files contain minutes and agenda, correspondence, reports, and studies of individual regional home missions committees. Correspondents include Division of American Missions officials.
