Joseph Barnabas
註釋Although often neglected in New Testament scholarship, Joseph Barnabas, the Levite from Cyprus, deserves recognition as a founding member of the Christian Church, pioneer of the mission to the Gentiles, and patron of the apostle Paul. Bernd Kollman's "Joseph Barnabas: His life and Legacy studies not only the theological and biographical development, and the cultural context surrounding the life of influential Joseph Barnabas, but also the Barnabas tradition of the early Church. Kollmann includes text of post-biblical "Acts of Barnabas" as well as other apocryphal writings about him.
