Field notes Vol. 468 documents Bassett Maguire's botanical collecting in Guyana and Venezuela in 1951-1952 on a New York Botanical Garden expedition, with co-collectors including D.B. Fanshawe. It consists of a list of specimen numbers 32088-33159, collected October 12, 1951-January 19, 1952, in the Pakaraima Mountains, Guyana and in Cerros Bolívar and Guaiquinima, Venezuela. The list contains collection locations and dates, description, and herbarium determination (added later and still ongoing). The Maguire field books also have their own volume numbering scheme; this is Vol. 6. Copy 2 is a photocopy made by the NYBG Archives, and may not have all herbarium determinations.
