How to Make Group More Cooperative? --Experimental Research on the Influence of Group Identity and Environment on Group Cooperation
註釋Group cooperation, which can make the maximization of benefits, will also be affected by some factors like institutional environment, group effect, and interest conflicts among members. This paper makes study on the intra-group interactions and cooperation of team members through the modified Nash demand game model. The experiment sets up three environments: routine, temporal oppression and loss-oppression, and focuses on exploring the influence of group identity on cooperation. In this paper, the multi-round cooperation within a group is simulated experimentally. The results show that group identity and environment are important factors affecting cooperation, that is, group identity can significantly promote cooperation, but its effect will be weakened in repeated games. Different environments have different influence on group cooperation. In general, the oppressive environment is not conducive to the achievement of group cooperation. This paper provides laboratory evidence for better understanding of multi-round group cooperation, and also makes useful exploration for further research on group cooperation.
