O ambiente hospitalar é um local com muitos possíveis obstáculos para a pessoa com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e tornou-se objeto de estudo por vários autores, pois caracteriza-se por uma questão aversiva para muitos dos envolvidos no processo de hospitalização. Inúmeros artigos científicos em língua inglesa trazem intervenções que podem aumentar o nível de bem-estar dessas pessoas, porém a quantidade de estudos em português é muito menor e a linguagem utilizada nas pesquisas, dificulta a reprodução destes estudos por profissionais com conhecimento básico da análise de comportamento. Portanto, os objetivos do presente trabalho foram: (a) identificar as informações básicas com base na literatura científica disponível sobre intervenções com pessoas com o diagnóstico de autismo no hospital, (b) produzir um conteúdo de forma didática que poderá ser utilizado em trabalhos futuros como base para um possível manual. Para isso foi realizado o levantamento de revisões sistemáticas ou metanálises para análise e seleção de pesquisas que apresentem estratégias para lidar com o TEA no ambiente hospitalar. Após a leitura desses artigos foram elaboradas descrições breves, selecionando os tipos de intervenções, os procedimentos para aplicação das mesmas e apresentação dos resultados obtidos.

The hospital environment is a place with many possible obstacles for the person with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and has become the object of study by several authors, às it is characterized by an aversive issue for many of those involved in the hospitalization process. Numerous scientific articles in English bring interventions that can increase the level of well-being of those people, but the number of studies in Portuguese is much smaller and the language used in research makes it difficult to reproduce these studies by professionals with basic knowledge of analysis of behavior. Therefore, the objective of the present work were: (a) to identify the basic information based on the available scientific literature on interventions with people diagnosed with autism in the hospital, (b) to produce content in a didactic way that can be used in future works às a basis for a possible manual. For this, a survey of systematic reviews or meta-analysis was carried out for the analysis and selection of studies that present strategies to deal with ASD in the hospital environment, the procedures for their application and presentation of the results obtained.
