Art and design historian and lecturer Bonnie English has taught theory at the Queensland College of Art in Australia since 1975. Her teaching experience has focused on the visual arts history of the twentieth century. Her research interests deal with the history of fashion design and the interrelationship of fashion and art. In 1997, her CD-ROM
Fashion and Art
won a national ASCILITE award from Griffith University in Australia. It was the first multimedia flexible learning award given by this university. Bonnie was curator of Griffith University's Tokyo Vogue exhibition in 1999, the first major fashion design exhibition held in Queensland, Australia.
