註釋
Experiments were performed with the DISA 55D05 constant temperature anemometer and 55A8 hot-film probe under simulated field conditions. Procedures supplemental to the manufacturer's recommendations were developed for simplifying the operation of the equipment. The response in this configuration to water droplet impact was investigated. In addition a study of the noise and expected atmospheric signal plus noise to noise ratio as a function of frequency, flow parameters, and system variables was conducted. It is concluded that the system can provide useful turbulence measurements, for example, those appropriate to the study of energy dissipation in storms, even in the presence of heavy rain. (Author).
