Estate Administration
註釋The Alberta Law Reform Institute (ALRI) was established on January 1, 1968 by the Government of Alberta, the University of Alberta and the Law Society of Alberta for the purposes, among others, of conducting legal research and recommending reforms in the law. This Report for Discussion proposes key changes to improve the process of estate administration in Alberta and invites comments on the proposals. Estate administration is the job of gathering the assets of the deceased, paying the debts and distributing the estate to the persons entitled by will or the intestate succession legislation.--Document.
