The Personalities and Philosophies of the Authors in American Literature: A Critical Study of their Important Works
註釋Arghya Singh, the author of this book is a resident of Kolkata. He passed English (Hons.) from the erstwhile Raiganj College (University College) in the district of Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, standing first class first in the University of North Bengal and thereafter, completed his M.A. in English from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U.) with first class marks. He stood third in the Postgraduate Entrance Test (P.E.T.) for admission into M.A. (English) at BHU. He qualified in the West Bengal State Eligibility Test (W.B.S.E.T.). He also successfully cracked the National Eligibility Test (N.E.T.) twice. He has successfully completed his research work as a full-time Ph.D. research scholar in English at Ranchi University. He has authored many scholarly articles for some international journals of English Literature. He has also presented papers at some national and international seminars and conferences. He is also fond of creative writing and his poem “In Memory of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the Unforgotten Hero” being published in an international literary journal is probably the first one ever written upon the great nationalist leader cum freedom-fighter.
