This paper presents the results of a systematic evaluation of biaxial loading on fatigue crack propagation behavior using experimental techniques, and determines the accuracy with which a current advanced state-of-the-art analytical approach can predict this behavior. These results provide data for evaluating biaxial loading effects on crack propagation.
