註釋 English Abstract: The Brexit brought to light some vital issues regarding the very existence of the EU and especially highlighted the considerable political and economic insecurities of the Process of European integration. Certainly in Britain, acted phobias thinner towards the refugee issue and particularly the fear of British workers do not lose their jobs by cheaper foreign labor coming from Europe's internal market. Towards an negative vote also acted the UK fear of coercion by the EU to accept refugees. However subsoil feeding the reaction towards Europe are deeply social and political and has to do both with the broader social insecurity which deeply spread amid crisis in Europe and on the other side with an deep democratic deficit. In this context, restrictive fiscal policies promoted by Germany were used by the forces that express the British populism to fish for votes in favor of the Brexit operation. In other words, in the UK not only the real effects of austerity impacted but much more rhetoric and propaganda used by the forces of populism. The British populists also exploited with great ease democratic deficits presents Europe today.
