To BErnoulli Or Not to BErnoulli, That Is, Do We Really Need Bernoulli to Fly?
註釋As passionate pilot, initially of ultralights, then, at last, of gliders, I have read many explanations of why it is possible to fly, i.e., what generates the lift. The more prosaic engineer vision allowed me to see, albeit belatedly, several inconsistencies in these explanations; my curiosity led me to read many other texts and I come to understand that... I have not understood many things! In fact, I had flown for years without knowing exactly why it was possible. I have further studied the question and, with some effort, now I have a (relatively :-)) clear understanding of the phenomenon that, analyzed in its details, is definitely complex. My third soul, of teacher, leads me to believe that it is possible to explain, in a relatively simple (but not trivial) way, the essence of the problem, using a minimum (but not null) number of formulas. Details remain a nightmare and I do not want to deal with them. I prefer to fly...
