註釋Abraham Rush (b. ca. 1770 -d. ca. 1841), the son of Abraham, a German immigrant to South Carolina in ca. 1770, married in ca. 1790 a woman named Jane (b. ca. 1780 -d. ca. 1853). Descendants and relatives lived in Arkansas, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Washington and elsewhere.
