Inhibitory Effect of Triterpene Acids from Some Indonesian Ganoderma Fungi on Epstein-barr Virus Activation
註釋A primary screening of some triterpene acids isolated from the Indonesian tropical fungus, Ganoderma spp. and Ganoderma applanatum, have been carried out using their possible inhibitory effect on Epstein-Barr Virus early antigen (EBV-EA) activation in Raji cells. The most active are the acids 2, 3 and applanoxidic acids B 9 which produce an inhibitory effect at low concentration with high cell viability. The acids 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, and 15 also show promising activity. [Authors' abstract].
