We propose a question, for now imaginary, regarding the ethical and legal status of an entity wholly obtained artificially through technology that unifies research about the artificial creation of life developed by Craig with those on cloning and those related to pregnancy human body. The failure of theoretical ethics to effectively address to professional communities in areas that experience an acute need for ethical evaluation of practice, led to the establishment of particular domains of ethics whose specialized language and epistemic nature makes them suitable as tools for professionals in areas such as: medical, business, evaluation of technology, journalism, juridical, etc. In our opinion, applied ethics should be a theoretical and methodological continuum with theoretical ethics. The great ethical trends and doctrines underlie applied ethics, therefore the later can not make value judgments regarding right or wrong, in the absence of axiological clarifications arising from theoretical ethics.
